LifeSafety Power warrants to the original purchaser only that all products shall be free from defects in material or workmanship at time of shipment. This warranty is non-transferable.
Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at the sole discretion of LifeSafety Power, of products that are defective in material or workmanship at the time of shipment, provided they were used within the specified ratings and installed in accordance with Good Engineering Practices, and provided said products are returned to us transportation prepaid and are proven by our examination to have been defective.
This warranty does not extend to any of our products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, improper application or installation, nor shall it extend to material which has been altered or repaired outside the factory. Batteries, transformers and enclosures are not covered under this warranty.
This warranty also does not apply to removal or installation costs and LifeSafety Power will not be liable to the purchaser, the customer or anyone else for incidental or consequential damages, including but limited to lost profits, arising from or related to any defect in, or malfunction of its products.
LifeSafety Power does not assume any responsibility for damage or injury to person or property due to improper care, storage, handling, abuse, misuse, or an act of God.
EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE, LIFESAFETY POWER MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY MATTER WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE CONDITION OF ITS PRODUCTS, THEIR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Products in the ProWire® classification will be assembled to the LifeSafety Power description of operation unless otherwise stated. At the time of installation it is the obligation of the purchaser or final installer to verify that all wired terminations provide the desired operation. LifeSafety Power does not assume any responsibility for damage to installed or externally connected equipment resulting from misuse, negligence, accident, or improper application, or installation.
LifeSafety Power reserves the right to make changes to any products without prior notice in order to improve reliability, function, design or accuracy. For international customers outside of North America, LifeSafety Power warrants the product for a maximum period of five (5) years from date of invoice.

All product returns or replacements must adhere to LifeSafety Power's Return Material Authorization (RMA) process. Before returning any product, an RMA/CCF number must be obtained from LifeSafety Power (LSP) after troubleshooting has been performed in accordance with the LSP Technical Support department. For factory pre-configured systems, LSP reserves the right to provide component(s) of the system in lieu of the entire unit. The information below outlines the process for obtaining an RMA/CCF on a LifeSafety Power product.

Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed on the LifeSafety Power website will serve as the most current list price. LifeSafety Power reserves the right to correct any pricing errors prior to acknowledging the order. All shipments will be made at prices in effect at the time of order. The customer shall be responsible for payment of all applicable sales and/or use taxes and freight costs.
Minimum Order
The minimum product charge per invoice is $100.00 USD.
Payment Terms
Standard payment terms Net thirty (30) days from date of invoice. An order received on an account which has not been paid within 45 days of the date of invoice may not be processed until the account is current.
Delivery Terms
All prices are FOB Origin. The seller/shipper pays the cost of shipping while the buyer/receiver of goods assumes the responsibility of goods at the point of origin. FOB Origin, Freight Collect, EX Works: The buyer pays for freight and shipping costs and assumes full responsibility for the cargo.
International orders do not qualify for drop shipping.
Shortage
Any claim for shortages must be made to LifeSafety Power Customer Service in writing within (1) week of receipt of merchandise.
Credit Returns
An RMA/CCF number must be obtained from LifeSafety Power before any merchandise can be returned. RMA/CCFs are valid (60) days from date of issuance. Items returned are subject to restocking fees.
Warranty Claims
Customer must call Technical Support to troubleshoot to initiate a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
Cancellation Fee
All LifeSafety Power systems are built to order. Therefore, cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the acknowledged Ship Date. Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 5% for cataloged items and 20% for ProWire and custom items. This fee is to cover the expenses associated with processing and canceling your order, as well as the costs of materials and labor involved in the production of our parts.
Limitations of Liability
Neither party will be liable to the other for any delay or failure in performance arising directly out of war, sabotage, insurrection, riot, and any other act of civil disobedience, act of public enemy, fire, explosion, flood, storm, or other act of God or nature, or similar cause beyond its reasonable control, including shortage or unavailability of labor or materials. If, notwithstanding the foregoing limitations, LifeSafety Power has any liability to the purchaser, the purchaser agrees that the total liability to the purchaser for all losses, damages, and causes of action, whether in contract, equity, tort (including without limitation, negligence and gross negligence), or otherwise, will not exceed the amount the purchaser paid to LifeSafety Power for the products (including, without limitation, incidental or consequential damages, damages for lost profits or business interruption, and punitive damages).
No Third-Party Liability
If the purchaser uses the LifeSafety Power Products on behalf of others or provides to others any products referenced herein, the LifeSafety Power Parties shall have no liability to such persons whatsoever, and the purchaser agree to defend and indemnify the LifeSafety Power Parties from any, and all, claims and demands asserted against them, and from any legal fees, costs and other expenses that the LifeSafety Power Parties incur therewith.
